The 2019 Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival
A grand soiree for foodies, oenophiles, and all-around epicureans, the Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival takes place this year from October 3rd through October 6th. Its main venue is Tivoli Village 400 S Rampart Blvd., Las Vegas, NV), just a half-hour or so away from our Vegas Strip Italian restaurant.
Top-class chefs, sommeliers, and food personalities from Sin City and beyond take center stage at this swanky and delicious affair, the proceeds of which go to different charitable causes.
Participating Chefs at This Year’s Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival
It’s quite the star-studded culinary lineup at the 2019 Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival. Featured chefs this year include Saipin Chutima, Charlie Palmer, Katsuya Uechi, Lalo Saavedra, Paco Cortes, Roshni Gurnani, Allen Fisher, and Angela Sweetser.
Also part of the illustrious lineup is our very own Mercato della Pescheria Executive Chef Francesco Schintu. Chef Francesco hails from Sardinia and honed his craft at fine restaurants throughout Italy, eventually coming to New York via Fiorello’s and Trattoria dell’Arte.
Chef Francesco and his dishes have wowed royalty and celebrities and earned him such nods as a 2005 “Best Italian Chef Las Vegas” honor from the Chefs in America Award Foundation.
Another skillful chef within our parent V&E Restaurant Group family, Chef Matt Fresinski of Las Vegas’s Café Americano, will also be participating in this year’s Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival.
